All products are custom 3D printed and manufactured on demand.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations or layer lines may be visible and are not considered defects.
3. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent.
FerriMaker reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Production Time
Production time is typically 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.
FerriMaker is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping providers.
6. Returns for Custom Products
Personalized products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
7. Limitation of Liability
FerriMaker shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or delays beyond reasonable control.
