RETURNS POLICY
1. Custom and Personalized Products
Most FerriMaker products are custom-made and personalized.
According to EU consumer protection laws, personalized products are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right.
Therefore, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos showing the issue.
If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Non-Personalized Products
If a product is not personalized, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was made by FerriMaker.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
