Made-to-order products
All FerriMaker products are made to order. This includes personalized 3D printed signs, keychains, decorative figures and other custom items.
Personalized orders
For personalized products, the buyer is responsible for providing the correct name, word, color, design choice and any other customization details before placing the order.
If there is any issue with the customization details, I may contact you before production.
Processing time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the item, the level of customization and current order volume.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number whenever tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
Returns and exchanges
Because personalized products are made especially for you, returns or exchanges are not accepted for customized items unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
If there is any problem with your order, please contact me and I will do everything possible to resolve it.
Product appearance
FerriMaker products are made using 3D printing. Minor layer lines, small surface variations or slight differences in color may occur and are normal characteristics of 3D printed items.
Prices and taxes
The price shown for your order is the final product price, plus any shipping cost displayed during checkout. FerriMaker does not charge additional taxes at checkout.
